    Blackburn-based wallpaper manufacturer Graham & Brown this week launches a wallpaper collection, 4 Walls, designed by Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway. The collection aims to change perceptions about what wallpapers can be, according to Graham & Brown marketing manager Alan Kemp. The Hemingways were given an open brief, but the company wanted an affordable solution, he says. 'We want to attract new customers to the idea of wallcoverings,' adds Kemp.     Dyson Appliances has accepted damages of £4m from Hoover following a High Court ruling (in October 2000) that Hoover's Triple Vortex vacuum cleaner infringed Dyson's Dual Cyclone patent. According to Dyson, the settlement is believed to be the largest court award of damages in British patent case history.
