Sussex consultancy 48 Fitzroy has been appointed by national educational charity The Country Trust to redefine its brand positioning. The trust, which 'helps to bridge the gap between town and country', will use the brand in a campaign later this year.

Tom Dixon, the design team at The Guardian, graphic artist Jamie Hewlett and humanitarian designer and co-founder of Architecture for Humanity Cameron Sinclair have been shortlisted to win this year's Design Museum Designer of the Year award. The winner, to be announced at a prize-giving event in May, will receive £25 000 in cash.
