Government unveils tax calculation app

The Treasury has released a free app that allows people to calculate how much tax they pay and how the Government spends it.

The app, which has been designed in-house at the Treasury, is ‘an important step towards achieving the Government’s vision of making the system more transparent, open, and easier to understand’, according to the Treasury.
