A leading Architectural Practice based in London is seeking an experienced Receptionist to come on board. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working within a busy reception, as this is a very large practice. You will need to have a professional approach, as you will be the face of the practice. Your duties will include; Meeting and greeting clients, answering and directing telephone calls, booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements, booking couriers, supporting the HR manager with recruitment duties as well as providing general administration support. You will need to be confident, reliable, excellent organiser as well be spot on with time management. In return, benefits include a bonus and free lunch.
