Chef Heston Blumenthal’s first-ever London restaurant opens this week with interiors created by Tihany Design. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which will provide diners with a full view of the chefs in action. The 120-seat main dining room features materials such as wood, leather and wrought iron.
