Cycle Love
Here at Design Week we’re always pleased to see more evidence of the synergy between cycling and design, so website Cyclelove is right up our street.
Cycle Love is part blog, part shop and in all a celebration of bike and design culture.
The site features articles such as an interview with Vulpine co-founder Nick Hussey and optical bike art from United Visual Artists.
It also stocks some great prints, posters and T-shirts, all featuring designs created by Cycle Love founder James Greig.
Greig, formerly of Bureau for Visual Affairs and Marque Creative, started up Cycle Love earlier this year (he writes about leaving the design world here) with the aim of documenting bike culture and creating hand-printed products.
His level of commitment to Cycle Love is such that when he started selling T-shirts, he promised himself he’d hand-deliver the first order by bike. A promise that led to a 100-mile ride…
