Design Sense; Graft and Glamour; Keith Vaughan; Absolut Moment; Foundation 33; Misfit

Winning and shortlisted entries in the Design Sense award will be on show from 17 November until 21 January 2001. The international award assesses products and buildings on their environmental, commercial, social and aesthetic impact throughout the product’s life cycle.

Venue: Design Museum, 28 Shad Thames, London SE1.

Graft and Glamour, from 20-25 November, is hosted by Corbis and photographically celebrates working women through the ages.

Venue: Association of Photographers gallery, 81 Leonard Street, London EC2.

A collection of paintings, gouaches, drawings and lithographs by Keith Vaughan shows until 10 December.

Venue: Julian Lax, 37-39 Arkwright Road, London NW3.

Absolut Moment is a photography project by Absolut Vodka which is showing from 20 November until 4 December. The work on show is captured by members of the public who purchase specially made pin-hole cameras to take their “Absolut moment”.

Work by Foundation 33, a collaboration between two designers from two different disciplines – graphic designer Daniel Eatock and architect Sam Solhaug, shows until 22 December.

Venue: Pentagram gallery, 11 Needham Road, London W11.

Misfit explores seven personal responses and attitudes towards conformity using painting, drawing, photography, sculpture and installation.
