Never ones to conform with the pack, fashion photographer Nick Knight and the team at Showstudio aren’t waiting for London Fashion Week to unveil their latest superstar model. They are doing it on their blog from Sunday.

And the model is ….Barbie the doll, aka Barbara Millicent Roberts, who will be posting live videos dubbed Barbie-behind-the-scenes charting her experience as an intern at Showstudio, from blagging tickets to LFW catwalk shows to doing the coffee run for the studio team in London’s Mayfair.

Glamorous though she may be, this girl is not to be toyed with. More a superspy, perhaps than a supermodel, she has a camera lens hidden in her necklace and a video screen on her back. She can even introduce special effects and sound to her movies.
