MSLGROUP has created a new digital workspace for Canon employees.

The workspace is named Miru – the Japanese word for “to see” and is part of an initiative to encourage all 17,000 Canon staff to work in different ways.

MSLGROUP says: “Applications such as Yammer, Skype and OneDrive were essential in breaking down communication barriers, and a smart intranet was created to accommodate employees’ desires for a more collaborative and flexible way of working.”

The consultancy also created a series of launch videos and print material and a 260-strong team of “Miru Mentors” was formed.
