Independent agency, Root, has designed a poster campaign for the Royal Court Theatre’s 2016 season.
Working with photographer Heiko Prigge and model-maker Ollie Hipwell, Root translated each individual show’s theme into striking black and white visuals.
The show’s themes include lost generations, a Belfast loyalist and Middle England’s dark conversations. The video above shows Root’s interpretation of Caryl Churchill’s Escaped Alone – a bubbling teacup of tar.
