Architectural biscuits

Photographer Gary Bryan has created a number of architectural structures using pink wafers, shortbread, chocolate and sugar cubes. Inspired doing a shoot for Green & Blacks, Bryan used the confectionery to create building blocks for his ’Bournville meets Bauhaus’ shots, using sugar cubes to create an industrial factory feel.

Linder Sterling

Livening up one DW lunchtime was acclaimed Orgasm Addict sleeve artist Linder Sterling’s show at Modern Art on Eastcastle Street, London W1. Thrusting into the forefront swollen sexuality and euphemistic desserts, it parallels the base desires inspired by pornography with seductive food photography.

Wrap

Wrap magazine, set up by designers Christopher Harrison and Polly Glass, showcases new illustration, but it also doubles up as a book of wrapping paper. The second issue, out at the end of June, is themed on animals and creatures with a cover by Milan collective Carnovsky.
