Tess Wicksteed has joined Here as strategy partner from Pearlfisher New York, where she was executive vice president. Here co-founder Caz Hildebrand says: “We’ve been very fortunate to work on some fantastic projects for some iconic companies over the last two years, and the shape of Here has evolved quite naturally to support that work. Tess joining us is part of that evolution and is already playing a vital role in helping us grow in stature and influence.”

Paul West, formerly creative strategy director at Household Design, has been appointed strategy director at Dalziel and Pow. The consultancy says he will “champion and nurture insights and creative strategy”.

Prophet  has appointed Paul English as partner to lead the digital offering across Europe. Formerly a founding director of Sapient Interactive (later SapientNitro), English was most recently an independent consultant working internationally with brands including Bacardi and advising start-ups such as Smile Machine and Freeformers.
