Scotland’s National Museum of Flight is located at East Fortune and comprises a series of hangars and other buildings. Hangar 2 hosts civil aviation aircraft, while Hangar 3 contains aircraft in the process of restoration.

National Museums of Scotland, which operates the NMF, has issued a tender seeking an exhibition designer to work on a masterplan for the refurbishment of the hangars.

The first task would be to prepare designs in support of an application for Heritage Lottery Funding and then – subject to this funding being approved – to work on the delivery of the project.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 6 June. For more information and to apply, visit: ted.europa.eu.
