M Worldwide has redesinged the Bath Visitor Information Centre. The consultancy, which was appointed last year following a six-way pitch, has worked to transform the centre, which is on the ground floor of the Grade II-listed Abbey Chambers. The project has included introducing queue-management and navigation and reorganising the site’s key zones.
