In keeping with the overall festival theme of ‘Design Can…’ the pair will talk about their thoughts on creativity and their hopes for the future at the event in April.

This year’s CDF line-up also includes new D&AD president Laura Jordan Bambach, adman Erik Kessels, Morag Myerscough and Hat-Trick Design’s Jim Sutherland.

Chris Bee from the European Space Agency will be talking about how design is a mandatory requirement in Space, and architect Alastair Parvin will be talking about his revolutionary WikiHouse project, to democratise house-building.

In addition to the talks, which will take place in the Parabola Arts Centre, there will also be a series of free workshops for under-16s to explore different areas of creativity, including photography, engineering and Space exploration.
