Matt Baxter and Dom Bailey launch new consultancy

Since leaving 300 Million in 2010, Baxter has been working as interim creative director at Together, while Bailey, who left in 2009, has worked as global chief marketing officer for Yota and as an independent consultant.

They have now joined forces to form a new consultancy, based in east London, which will specialise in design projects for the architecture, design, art and technology sectors.

The consultancy currently comprises only Baxter and Bailey, but Bailey says there are plans to grow ‘a small team’.

He says, ‘We decided to form our business around the idea of two senior partners and have our names above the door.

‘We want to stay small and focussed, it’s important that we can be personally associated with the work we do.

‘We won’t take on a piece of work unless we believe we can make it count. Creating value for clients will fuel our reputation and establish the DNA of our new studio.’

Baxter and Bailey is currently working on branding and marketing projects for film production company Film Nation, and is also seeking new clients.
