D Studio brands video app Vyclone
D Studio has created the branding and graphics for new video sharing app Vyclone, which allows users to co-create videos shot from different angles.

Identity
Vyclone users can upload footage of the same event shot by different people from different angles, and the app then creates a ‘film’ of the event by cutting between the different footage.
To reflect this, D Studio has created an identity and graphic treatment that uses a ‘multifaceted’ approach.

The consultancy has also developed animal characters for business cards that represent the personalities of the app’s creators, who are based in Los Angeles.
D Studio is also working on a Vyclone website that will use parallax scrolling.

Business cards
D Studio was appointed to the work following a pitch in January, according to D Studio co-founder Phil Curl.
The app is currently available from the Apple store in the UK and is set to launch in the US in the coming weeks.
