FutureBrand to rebrand Air Malta
FutureBrand is working on the rebrand of Air Malta, Design Week understands.
It has been reported in the Maltese press that the consultancy has been engaged to ‘rebrand and reposition’ the airline.
Both FutureBrand and Air Malta refused to comment but it is believed that the project will fit into the context of a multi-million pound restructuring at the airline.
Air Malta is currently awaiting approval from the European Commission of its restructuring programme and a decision is expected this summer.
The Airline, which will look to offer 150 weekly flights to 30 destinations as part of the restructure, is expected to reduce its passenger capacity.
