Leicestershire's design community is to receive a shot in the arm, thanks to a £250 000 project that has received the go-ahead from the East Midlands Development Agency.The three-year Design Leicestershire programme is understood to be the first of its scale undertaken by a Regional Development Agency specifically targeting the creative industries.
