Redesign for Times Online
The Times relaunches its Times Online website today, following a major redesign. The news website was redesigned in-house by Tomaso Capuano and Jon Warden and uses lime green in the masthead, as well as green, blue and grey throughout the rest of the content.
Capuano said, ‘On the new site, we’ve used colour to help readers understand how the site works. So the combination of lime green, grey and white signals navigation. Blue indicates an editorial recommendation. A pale parchment colour indicates comment – either from readers or our writers.’
The redesign will involve the inclusion of more world news coverage in Times Online and the whole site will now sit in the browser without the need for scrolling.

I cant believe it. on a mac it looks horrible. All Ad's are bigger than the Times content... Or is it an AD's magazine now? But I like the green.

Like the lime, but a lot of basic errors need looking at, I have described these on my blog; http://gmdesign.wordpress.com/
