So many ad agencies. I wonder if this is a reflection that they're getting better at design, or is it just that Cannes Lions are so expensive to enter that design agencies opt out?

I think the Guinness work by AMV/BBDO stands out miles above the rest. Also is it just me or is this a very small list of UK winners?

Is it just me, or does anyone else wonder why the Tuborg bottle received an award? It is a solid piece of design, but according to Bruce Duckworth who was the Design Panels Chairman in Cannes this year, they had 3 criteria for giving awards. 1. Does it feel like something new? 2. Does it break category conventions. 3. Do I wish I had done it? Well no, no and no.
Oh, by the way it was designed by Turner Duckworth....just sayin!.
