Not safe for work

There are a lot of ways to get attention for a debut exhibition, but packaging your invite up as porn is not one that we see everyday.

10 Collective, a group of female graphic designers who met at London College of Communications MA graphic design course, sent us this invitation to their debut show, which was NSFW (not safe for work) in the extreme.

Boxed in a DVD case emblazoned with the line ’10 Girls Doing It XXX’ and a provocative image, the girls hid a stash of information about themselves and the show inside the case, plus a CD full of images and a tongue-in-cheek racy video invite.

Realising that they worked well together while at university, 10 Collective – Louise Ryberg, Polina Pakhomova, Marina Francisco, Becky Ford, Sarah Boland, Emma Byrne, Gemma Dinham, Pelin Özer, Elma Relihan and Gumrah Sengun – have set up a studio together as they begin their post-uni lives.

Their show, 10 Girls Doing It, will exhibit their first six months of projects and will be held at The Rag Factory, 16 Heneage Street, London E1.
