Pentagram repackages spirits range
Pentagram partner Harry Pearce has repackaged own-brand whisky, gin and vodka bottles for Budgens and Londis stores.
The labels take a typographic approach, with an individual letterform adapted to reflect the spirit inside - for example, the red V of the vodka has a Constructivist feel, and the G of the gin has a juniper branch.
The designs are part of a broader remit to Pentagram from brand-owner Musgrave Retail Partners GB to develop a three-tier strategy across all own-brand ranges (DW 8 July 2009).
