The artwork and lettering of Job Wouters

Gestalten is publishing the first monograph of Dutch illustrator and typographer Job Wouters, who works under the pseudonym Letman.

Wouters describes himself as ‘cuckoo about letters’ and as well as developing his own lettering and typefaces, he also works to combine lettering with illustration, screen-printing, graffiti and other artforms.

Clients have included multinationals such as Audi and Heineken, bands such as the Kaiser Chiefs and Just Jack, through Universal, and even our good friends over at Creative Review.

The monograph also includes a section of his personal projects and sketches.

His work has even popped up on the catwalk…

Letman: The Art and Lettering of Job Wouters, is published by Gestalten, priced £29.90.
