Wim Crouwel iPad app
Unit Editions has updated the printed catalogue it designed for the Design Museum’s Wim Crouwel exhibition to create the Wim Crouwel iPad app.
Rather than just presenting a catalogue of works, the app aims to offer an insight into the way Crouwel worked.
It features a filmed interview with the designer, as well as a photographic record of the show and a range of animations using letterforms designed by Crouwel.
Designed by Spin and edited by Adrian Shaughnessy and Tony Brook (who also co-curated the Design Museum show) it offers a chance to relive and explore not just the exhibition, but also the wider work of Crouwel.
Wim Crouwel: A Graphic Odyssey, is available from from the iTunes store priced at £3.99.
