Poke was appointed in July 2011and asked to focus on Y.CO’s maritime holiday offer, by selling the experience of elegance and luxury to the customer, according to the consultancy. Y.CO was rebranded by Saffron in September 2011.

The site, which launches today, opens on a homepage which show s a video guide of a Y.CO yacht.

Poke says, ‘By removing the sliders and forms from view, users are able to focus on the excitement of their holiday and find the experience that best suits them.’

An embossed front cover, leads through to ‘a world made up ‘Y’s’ where locations are foiled in,’ says consultancy creative director James Kent. The book fits inside a sleeve and a bespoke envelope.

Photographs, gathered from Y.CO, stock libraries, and travel photographers, have been given a silver effect to further express luxury according to Kent.
