…And support each other, starting at student level

As a student in my final year, it’s the girls who are making names for themselves, not the boys. We’re slightly more organised and have realised the lack of recognition women get, so have banded together to support each other in our endeavours. The most inspirational placement I have done was Story UK, as most of the heads of department were female.
