Clive Grinyer, David Archer and Zena Martin join RSA trustee board

Clive Grinyer, David Archer and Zena Martin have all been brought on to the trustee board of the Royal Society of Arts.

The move was rubber-stamped at the RSA’s annual general meeting last night. Grinyer is director of customer experience at Cisco, Archer is director of Socia and Martin is founder of Acknowledge Communications.

Andrew Summers, Sean Blair, Philip Goldenberg and Louise MacDonald have all stood down as trustees.

The AGM also considered the election of Naaz Coker as deputy chairman and Vanessa Harrison as treasurer. It considered the ratification of the election of up to four further trustees. The results of the planned election will be announced on 25 February 2011.

A proposal to move to a fully appointed board of trustees was withdrawn ahead of the AGM.
