Crest showroom to host top design brands
International design brands including Thonet, Artifort and Pallucco will be brought together at Crest Living’s first showroom, which opens in London in April.
Crest Living is the new furniture and lighting retail arm of Crest Contract Interiors, which supplies high-end office furniture for commercial interiors.
A special edition Fortuny lamp by Italian brand Pallucco, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary, is one of several pieces unique to the store, a spokeswoman for Crest Living says.
Items by furniture brand Thonet – which specialises in the bentwood manufacturing process – will be on sale and Artifort, which recently celebrated the 50-year anniversary of its Orange Slice chair, will have a ‘strong collection’ on display at Crest Living.
Lighting by Spanish brand Metalarte will be installed throughout the store, which will be split into living environments showing seating and dining concepts highlighted with wall, table and pendant lighting.
The 116m2 space, designed in-house, will open on Brompton Road, London SW3 and is situated on the ground floor of boutique shop Few and Far.
