Design LSM works on Japanese restaurant
Japanese restaurant Tsuru is preparing to open its second outlet on London’s Bishopsgate, featuring interiors by Design LSM.
Tsuru co-founder Emma Reynolds appointed the consultancy in January after meeting the group at a business networking event.
The 104m2 restaurant features oak cladding and a sushi prep box counter with views of the chefs. It seats 36 people indoors, with outside space for 32, and converts from a self-service lunch offer to a table-service evening set-up.
‘This is a difficult thing to do both logistically and visually,’ says Reynolds.
The restaurant opens for the first time this evening to invited guests, before launching to the public on 8 April.
