Edinburgh seeks graphic designer for office development

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a graphic design group to help promote an office development in the Exchange area of the city.

Edinburgh International Conference Centre, a company wholly owned by CEC, is planning to build a speculative office development in the district, and CEC says two firms of international property agents have been appointed to market the offices.

EICC is seeking to appoint a consultancy to design and produce marketing materials including a brochure, website and virtual tour, to support the development, as part of a contract worth £50 000-£100 000.

The appointed group will have to demonstrate ‘excellent knowledge of the Edinburgh commercial property market and considerable expertise in the design and production of marketing materials for commercial property’.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 22 March. For more information, visit http://ted.europa.eu, tender number 2010/S 47-069382.
