Former 1HQ team sets up new consultancy

A group of former 1HQ staffers has set up new consultancy Brand Potential.

Mary Say, former managing partner at 1HQ’s Distillery is joined by former 1HQ commercial director Tom Lovett and head of insight Chris Molloy in the new venture.

Lovett left 1HQ in December 2008, with Say and Molloy leaving at the end of last year, according to Say. She says plans for Brand Potential were hatched last month.

Say says the Windsor-based consultancy will focus on ‘brand acceleration’, which will see Brand Potential working with companies that are looking beyond incremental growth to a step change.

She adds that the consultancy is ‘wholly in new business mode’, as both she and Molloy are under client restrictions following their recent departures from 1HQ.

Say adds that Brand Potential is currently seeking a creative director to join the team.

I’d love to get in touch with Brand Potential for a story I’m writing at the moment on new business strategies that do just this. Not incremental but step change growth. Have googled for contacts or website but none are available. If someone from Brand Potential would like to be in the story for LS:N (www.lsnglobal.com) and Viewpoint magazine then please contact me at miriamrayman@gmail.com. My deadline is Friday so will need to speak to someone a.s.a.p.

    Thanks
