Identica appoints Sam Stone to ‘raise creative standards

Identica has appointed Sam Stone to the newly created role of creative director.

Her appointment comes as part of an expansion at Identica, which has also seen four other recent senior appointments, including Carol Lavender joining as deputy managing director (DW 8 July).

Stone (pictured), who has been brand communications design director at Fitch since 2000, will join at the end of this month, and will report to Identica chief executive Franco Bonadio.

Bonadio says, ’We’re now growing and putting in the next level of management. It allows me to focus on key client work and growing the consultancy without taking my eye off the ball.’

He adds, ’Stone’s experience in retail branding will add another dimension to Identica’s offer and her brief is to raise our creative standards to the next level.’
Stone will be leading the creative team of nine people at the consultancy.
