Abstract Expressionism, at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao

An exhibition showcasing the work of abstract artists such as Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko is set to open at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in Spain.

Abstract Expressionism will include 130 paintings, drawings, sculptures and photographs from public and private collections taken from all over the world.

The exhibition will look at abstract art as a “celebration of individual diversity and freedom of expression”, according to the museum.

It will run from 3 February – 4 June 2017.
