Barcelona Pensa posters, by Studio Carreras

Catalonia-based consultancy Studio Carreras has continued its work with philosophy festival Barcelona Pensa by designing a series of events posters for its third edition.

The annual festival, which took place in November, holds a series of talks and events discussing and exploring topics such as Plato, Picasso, philosophy and humour, biotechnology and contemporary art.

Studio Carreras created a set of colourful posters tailored to each event, based on the same 3×3 modular grid with a unique colour palette.

The studio says it wanted to design a “bold and abstract” visual identity, inspired by “Swiss modernism and geometry”.
