Beau Cacao packaging, by Socio Design

Socio Design has designed the packaging for London-based chocolate company Beau Cacao’s first two bars, Asajaya and Serian.

The design features a geometric gold foiled pattern inspired by Malaysian fabric designs, as the company sources its cacao bean from growers in Malaysia.

It also reflects the geometric moulded shape of the chocolate bar itself, which was designed by Adam Gill.

Paper colours were chosen to go with the different chocolate flavours – red to match tobacco and paprika, and yellow for caramel and brioche.
