Capsticks branding, by David Carroll & Co

David Carroll & Co has refreshed the branding for health and social care law firm Capsticks with the aim of focusing on the “social purpose” of the business to help the NHS, says Nat Bullard, senior designer at the consultancy.

The consultancy has kept the red logo, X-ray photography, typefaces and colour palette of the brand, but has introduced hand-drawn illustrations that aim to convey a “human approach” and the idea of being “friendly and unpretentious”, Bullard says. A new colour block pattern has also been introduced as part of the “young in outlook” approach the brand wants to convey to appeal to a younger audience.
