Illustrator Poppy Chancellor has produced a book which shares the art of papercutting with readers.

Published by Virgin Books, Cut it Out! features 30 unique papercut designs which encourages readers to cut them out, colour them in and use them for decoration at events such as weddings and birthdays.

The patterns can also be traced or copied if readers want to keep the book intact for future inspiration.

Chancellor offers her advice on paper suppliers and qualities, and how to frame and display finished papercuts.

Cut it Out! Will be released on 1 September and will be available to buy online for £14.99.
