Dospuntos branding, by Brand Union Madrid

Brand Union Madrid has created the branding for new Spanish real estate company Dospuntos in a bid to “break the norms and regain people’s trust” as the market recovers from years of recession.

Javier Eguidazu, chief executive officer and general director of Dospuntos, says: “The new brand arises as a response to a sector that has particularly suffered the crisis period. It emerges to connect to todays’ consumer, who reflects more on his and her important decisions, thinking for the long-term, and who has more importance than ever.”

The name translates as “the colon mark” in English, and represents a new generation of real estate developers in Spain.
