Offthetopofmyhead has created a new identity for strategy and innovation consultancy OxfordSM.
The project grew from a brief to redesign the consultancy’s website and involved a team of associates.
Ben Afia worked to define the brand personality and create a new tone of voice. Slater King took the photography for the new look. Typographer Alan Meeks collaborated on the new OxfordSM logo with Offthetopofmyhead founder John Spencer and Henrik Hilker built the new website.
Spencer says: “The idea for their handwritten logo and conspicuous colour palette was sparked off by a wall of Post-It notes in an OxfordSM workshop. Their new logo’s style mimics a black magic marker. It’s got bags of energy, especially when it’s animated”.
