Plants of Posters, by Federico Moreno and Juan Frias
A new art project has taken to the streets of Madrid, transforming advertising posters into flowerbeds.
Plants of Posters is a new, non-profit venture set up by design copywriters Federico Moreno and Juan Frias.
The pair have designed makeshift, cardboard cut-out plant pots that can be attached to ads across the city to counter how “more buildings grow than trees”.
They have also uploaded six flatplans onto their website, which people can download, cut out and use across the world to make “our grey cities greener, together”.
