Royal College of Art alumni Jack Llewellyn and Giula Garbin have designed the identity for the RCA’s Show 2015 graduate exhibitions.

The reworks the Knockout typeface from the College’s visual identity. Llewellyn says: “We’ve taken the DNA of a traditional, woodblock typeface and redrawn it wider and bolder than ever.

“With these basic “prefab” modules, we can play with repetition, scale and cropping, so that the letters come alive in forms that range from sophisticated refinement to reverberating, shouty celebration.”

RCA Show 2015 runs from 25 June-5 July. For more information on all the design graduate shows, see the 2015 Design Week graduate show guide.
