Silver Speaks branding, by Neon

1 - Tent London

Neon has designed the branding for Silver Speaks, a selection of international exhibitions and talks on contemporary silver happening in 2016.

Created by industry body Contemporary British Silversmiths, Silver Speaks will include events across London, with the majority at the V&A and The Goldsmiths’ Centre.

The logo is comprised of an “S”, with two speech marks integrated within it, forming a monogram. It uses dark and light silver colours to highlight the speech marks, says Neon creative director Dana Robertson, with a sans-serif logotype for the brand name.

There is also a “monochromatic approach” to the photography, says Robertson, which aims to align it with the branding and “hero” the objects. Photography was conducted by Sylvain Deleu.
