Art&Graft has teamed up with Winkreative to design and develop a video for The Flynn, a new luxury apartment complex opening in 2016 in New York’s Chelsea area.

The video follows a day in the life of Flynn, a fictional resident who embodies the glamorous lifestyle on offer at The Flynn.

The story of Flynn and his neighbours is balanced with the showcasing of the building’s architecture and interior design.

A mixture of illustration and 3D models allowed Art&Graft to show the depth of the rooms and the overall architecture and design while keeping the “warmth of an illustrative style”, says Clément Bolla, lead creative at Art&Graft.
