Verde SW1 identity, by Kimpton Creative

Kimpton Creative has developed the name and identity for Verde SW1 is a new office development in London’s Victoria, owned by developer Tishman Speyer.

Consultancy creative director David Kimpton says: “It is an existing building, Eland House, previously inhabited by a government department, and part of the brief was to rename the building to break any associations with the previous building.

“The building is being substantially reshaped to include six enormous roof gardens at the top of the building.”

Kimpton adds: “Our concept centred on combining office and garden elements, and we illustrated a series of key messages in this way.”
