Yin & Yang slaps on new look for Cosmetics a la carte

Packaging group Yin & Yang is creating a new brand strategy, packaging, marketing materials and visual merchandising concepts for bespoke make-up brand Cosmetics a la carte.

The London- and Birmingham-based consultancy was appointed about three weeks ago, after meeting Cosmetics a la carte director and co-founder Lynne Sanders at its stand at the Birmingham Packaging Innovations show in February.

The brand, comprising a retail outlet in Knightsbridge, London, a bespoke make-up line and an off-the-peg cosmetics line, will be ‘tidied up’, says Yin & Yang co-founder Lisa Goodwin.

‘We will unite the brand under one aesthetic, featuring matt colours, silvers and pastels, to create discreetly modern packaging [and] make the branding feel as trustworthy and established as the company is,’ says Goodwin.
