Are you creative enough for us? Professional design lectures and exhibitions. Design Week subscribers get a fantastic 50% off ticketed entry

Designers SocietyThe Designers Society has been formed by a selection of design students at the University of Plymouth which aims to help students and creative minded people become the best they can be.

Our main focus is a selection of guest lectures from leading professionals and ex-graduates lectures offering advice and talking about ideas, creative thinking, getting a job in the industry, working with real clients, showing of their work and everything else in between. We are offering Design Week subscribers 50% discounted entry into our lectures

Lectures start at 4.30pm with the lecture followed by question & answer session and drinks reception finishing around 7pm at the University Campus.

The Designers Society is all about getting designers and students together, whatever the creative background, whether you are a typographer, illustrator, photographer, 3D designer or architect.

We want to get young designers from Plymouth heard amongst the crazy world that lies ahead as a career in the creative industry. The society aims to hold several exhibitions of students work throughout the year exhibited at, or outside the university. We will also be setting design competitions for our student members which we encourage designers and companies from outside of the University to set and be part of the judging panel.

Please see our website for further details of lectures: http://www.designers-society.co.uk or email designers.society@gmail.com to book attendance.
