Agenda Design has created the identities for pioneering buy-to-let concept Guest Invest and its first site, Guesthouse West, which launched in March in London’s Westbourne Grove.
The group’s work encompasses the creation of a Guest Invest marque, which began rolling out last week across stationery, a website, www.guestinvest.com, and advertising.
It also designed Guesthouse West’s identity and its application across the hotel website, www. guesthousewest.com, brochures and collateral including menus, staff uniforms, postcards and notepads.
According to Agenda creative director Paul Davies, the brief for Guest Invest was to create a ‘contemporary’ visual identity that ‘links the investment and hotel worlds and portrays authority’.
The Guest Invest scheme allows investors to buy hotel rooms, stay in them for up to 52 nights a year and earn up to 7 per cent net rental by letting the rooms for the rest of the year.
