FutureBrand English & Pockett has created on-screen graphics for the CBBC summer flagship programme, Making It, which is broadcast from 5 August.

Making It aims to find the new face of CBBC and will screen as a daily series, with 20 editions of 25 minutes. The branding package includes a title sequence, with alternate versions for spin-offs Making It Extra and More Making It, stings and content graphics.

The consultancy created silhouettes of presenter hopefuls and camera crews set in a colourful graphic landscape, says FutureBrand English & Pocket senior designer Michael Berthon.

Landscape, graphics and silhouettes have been given a contemporary feel, he adds.

FutureBrand English & Pockett was appointed following a creative pitch in May against an undisclosed number of consultancies. Designer Oz Smith worked on the project with Berthon. Post production is by David Frearson at Petrol with music by Shriek.
