Simple, clean typography characterises Ringwood’s many bottled beer labels and pump clips, and with names like Boondoggle it would have to. All graphics are by Poole-based group Michael Stewart Design and incorporate Ringwood’s iconic wild boar. Ringwood’s Best Bitter is its top-selling draught, while Old Thumper is its most popular bottled beer. The latter, introduced in 1979, was the result of a local naming competition. New beers will be launched later this year and next spring.
